Selling Vinyl

I was planning on selling some vinyl, I actually posted two Kelis tracks on ebay tonight, but when I was writing up the track listing and giving it a quick listen, I realised they were actually quite good, ooops.

Actually the lyrics are rude, I wont repeat them ninoo, but "hey hey kids, listen to this”, I should have mentioned that there might be rude words, mind you that might help me sell them.

I was looking through some tracks that I never play and they include some trance often associated with the music my wee brother enjoys at the arches. Mostly the inside out nights (avoiding confusion with celtic connection events and well colours if we're being purists!!)

I was really shocked at some of the roasters that I own, like a Craig Daaaaavid track called "Spanish" absolutely rubbish (in my opinion), and some tracks that are a bit "out there" I doubt anyone will want to bid for them so might take a walk to "lost in music" (right next to my hoose no less, man I'm lazy) and see if they will relieve me of these "pieces".

I really don't want to sell one of the Kelis tracks now, there is a good version of trick me on it, a song called public, very rude song she did with Nas (I read they got married on the 10th of January on the MTV website, I saw by accident when googling the name so I could get an image to post and must add I am not a "gossip" reveller I hadn't heard of him till tonight)

She is a rude person though with all her rude words like bum and willy, absolutely disgusting, heh heh I sound older than my years now, oh well. But I’d rather listen to her than Craig Daaaaaaavid any day, despite his un-rude content. (Actually his album might have the odd rude word used in a tasteful context of course but I never spent my money one that particular work, or works, does he have a second album now? "Born to spew it" oh well I'm sure a kind person will enlighten me on this)

The person that suggested (innocently) that I should make my own Blog, probably had no idea I'd be offending so many people, heh heh, you've created a monster!! I haven't even touched on Radio 1 yet!!! I had to remove comments on it from my last post since I tend to digress a bit much and it didn't really have much to do with what I was talking about.

I wont be adding a link to the items I am selling since that would be blatant advertising, and I'd feel dirty knowing it was there.

So yeah, trying to get rid of a lot of music I will not play for either my or anyone else's amusement, because in the majority of the cases, I don't see how anyone would gain any enjoyment from them.

But don't take my word for it, I don't like the music of Robbie Williams so what do I know? Ok rant complete.

Please comment on good ways of selling bad songs to people while looking them in the eye!!!
