this is the end, of my laptop, well I am going to try an reinstall everything,

I just read the lyrics to that doors song, check it out but he uses naughty words at one point. I was going to put in a website that was better layed out, but then it didn't use the F word at one point and that is a form of self sensorship on my part if I were to add it instead (radio head changing the line "fucking special" to "very special" in "creep" is a form of self sensorship) ok so I did an essay on sensorship, it is a big issue in life.

I for one, don't like it when there is the picture of a naked lady on a record I have bought, I find it offensive, slightly, but then again, if someone wants to do that, and lets face it they do, and if the market for whom this is aimed at isn't me ie male djs then fuckit!!

there is a group in the US, actually I'll just check, right I got an A for this subject and i must have deleted the Essay, go me.

It'll be in the house somewhere.

Anyway there is a froup in the US called MEDIA WATCH and they hate all things that aren't christian etc, I understand their sentiment, and I'll let them get on with it, but I also argued that sensoring anything is infact a sort of infringement upon the human rights of an artist, ok media watch deal mostly with TV but they also hate bums and willies and boobies being shown. Doesn't bother me, but it come down to the arguement of freedom of speech and the fact that I can be grating you teeth at what someone says but I will also fight for their right to say it, or just not stop them. and you can always not listen/watch etc...

the big thing in america as far as the music industry goes is you have to be good friends of the clear channel gimps to get any air play, ie this group own so much of the airwaves in the us, that if they don't play you, you're in for a bit of trouble. USA is such a large country that "breaking" it has proved difficult for a few people.

If you are not played on MTV or the radio stations, you aren't in a great position. I think the reason Robbie never did it is because his music is shit, but so is the music of shitney spears.

my point is not playing something, is sensoring it, (you can't play evrything but decidedly not playing something is taking away the ability of the public to hear the music.
